What Our Clients Are Saying

“I first saw Crystal after a debilitating brain injury. After years of unhelpful doctor’s visits, I did some treatments with Crystal and she helped me get on track to a normal, active life. I’m so thankful for her compassionate, knowledgeable, and experienced care.”

A.C.

“Very nice practitioner & mobile to the Newport Beach area. I am enjoying having someone come out to the house instead of traveling to a clinic. VERY CONVENIENT. I feel much better as well.”

C.V.

“This service was a lifesaver for my family. Crystal and Julia are such compassionate and caring miracle workers. My father is on end-of-life hospice and they came and helped him ease his pain and anxiety in the comfort of our home."

Frequently Asked Questions

What is mobile acupuncture, and how does it work?

Mobile acupuncture involves a licensed acupuncturist traveling to the patient's location to provide acupuncture services. This can include homes, offices, or other preferred locations, making it a convenient option for those with busy schedules or mobility issues.

What types of conditions can be treated with mobile acupuncture?

Acupuncture can treat a wide range of conditions, including but not limited to chronic pain, stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia, digestive issues, migraines, and certain types of injuries.

Is mobile acupuncture safe?

Yes, when performed by a licensed and experienced practitioner, acupuncture is safe. Sterile, single-use needles are used to ensure cleanliness and reduce the risk of infection.

How long does a mobile acupuncture session last?

Sessions typically last between 45 to 60 minutes, but the duration can vary based on the treatment plan and individual needs.

Do I need to prepare anything for my mobile acupuncture appointment?

It's recommended to wear loose, comfortable clothing and ensure there is a quiet, clean space for the session. It's also advised to avoid eating a large meal right before your appointment.

How many sessions will I need?

The number of sessions varies depending on the individual's condition and response to treatment. The initial exam takes place on the first appointment and your acupuncturist will give you a better idea of how many treatments and how often treatment is recommended based on your specific condition and exam.

Some people experience relief after just one session, while others may require multiple sessions to see improvement.

Is acupuncture painful?

Most people feel minimal discomfort during acupuncture. Upon needle insertion, you may feel a brief, sharp sensation, but this typically subsides quickly. Many find the treatment to be deeply relaxing.

Can mobile acupuncture be combined with other treatments?

Yes, acupuncture can complement other treatments. Discussing your current treatments with the acupuncturist is important to ensure the best care plan.

How do I book a mobile acupuncture appointment?

You can book an appointment by contacting us via phone, email, or through our website. We recommend booking in advance to ensure your preferred time and date are available, although we often can accommodate same day  or next day appointments.

Do you accept insurance?

While we do not currently work with any insurance companies directly, we are happy to provide a super bill with the proper insurance codes. We are currently out-of-network in regard to all insurance companies at this time.

What is your late cancel/no-show policy?

If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, you will be responsible for paying half of the session fee.

What if the practitioner arrives at my location and I cancel or don't show up?

If the practitioner arrives at your door and you cancel or fail to show up, you will be charged the full session fee.

How can I avoid being charged if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid charges.

How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us directly by calling or texting (657) 569-8869 at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

What happens if I'm running late for my appointment?

Please notify us as soon as possible if you anticipate being late. We will do our best to accommodate you, but please note that your session may be shortened to avoid inconvenience for other clients.

Will I be charged if there is an emergency or unforeseen circumstance?

We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have an unavoidable situation, and we will handle it with consideration on a case-by-case basis.
